Lugs,
Saw on FB, he's following the canal and maybe head towards Ash, can you keep a look out? That was half an hour ago.
Thanks

Wish we were still in Surrey, we would have loved to have joined in and helped. See that volunteers have split and approaching the area on the canal he was sighted earlier, taking it from both ends and meeting in the middle. Everything crossed that this little guy is back home where he belongs very soon

I certainly will keep a lookout - poor little chap - he must be terrified! crying I shall be keeping my eyes peeled on our walk this evening although it'll be quite hard to see him in the dark - only hope is him sniffing our dogs really...

thinking did anybody see in our dogs paper, about the cairn who was lost for a week.
a lady who lives in leybourne which is near Maidstone kent. took her tracker dog tiga. he was given the cairn blanket to smell and he found her after a couple of hours searching on the
heath. yipee the owner of tiga is JENNY BROWN.i am sorry that I do not now her phone no
but she did read about the cairn on lost dog website. you might find her on there.
I do hope this might help find trouble.

Thanks Mary for this info. I managed to find Jenny Brown and message her. Finger crossed she'll pick up her message and contact Trouble's owner to offer to track him down.

We went out today, walked along the canal where he was seen yesterday. Stopped everyone we saw, and handed out leaflets. This afternoon we walked some woods. No new sightings today. Search continues tomorrow.

Just read on FB possible sighting in Ash. Don't know if Luds and Dale are about today as he must be getting closer to you. Fingers crossed he is found soon.

Just read it on FB myself, what fantastic news and a happy ending! The message says he is fine as well so that is an added bonus. I know there were a lot of people in this breed and others who gave up their valuable time and searched endlessly ... my hat goes off to them cheers

Copied this from Facebook this is what Troubles owner Ian Balchin said.

"I AM SHOUTING TROUBLE FOUND. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE GAVE YP THEIR TIME TO SEARCH FOR TROUBLE YOU ARE ALL AMAZING AND WE CAN NEVER REPAY YOU ENOUGH THANK YOU ONE AND ALL.
He was found 400 yards from the canal bank and when I called him he ran and jumped into my arms squeaking like a guinea pig, he was so pleased to see me.
I wept tears of joy and relief"
